1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the bv998 Platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances. You are required to provide the following accurate information at the point of registration:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

bv998 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts. All deposits are credited in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via supported Mobile Financial Services (MFS) providers are typically credited to the bv998 account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the MFS provider's network.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, provided that method supports outgoing payments. bv998 reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks before processing any withdrawal. The following withdrawal conditions apply:

All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions or to access the Platform from a prohibited territory.

bv998 actively monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bv998 will act without prior notice. Any funds identified as proceeds of prohibited conduct will be withheld and, where applicable, reported to relevant authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bv998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services. bv998's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bv998 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bv998 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players are responsible for ensuring their own devices and network connections are secure prior to accessing the Platform.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bv998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
